About the event
Forge Ahead is a new fully funded project that helps people develop new skills for the future, meet new people and explore tailored learning opportunities through traditional heritage skills training.
The drop-in sessions are a chance to find out more about the Forge Ahead project, go through the eligibility criteria and chat about the different opportunities and skills we can offer as part of the project. Whether you already have heritage skills you'd like to build on or you're interested in learning something completely new, we can explore the options that best suit you! The project offers practical heritage skills training, along with support to help you work towards selling your work, running workshops, volunteering, further training or future employment.
To be eligible, you must:
Be aged 16 or over
Have the legal right to live and work in the UK
